Meet our Founder - Megha! Candy has always played an important role in my life. Sticky sweet candy sticks, rich minty chocolate, creamy ice cream - the list is endless. Why should I give up what makes me happy for the sake of health? Why not just make it better?
That's where my certified expereince as a Heath Coach came in handy! I spent my time researching ingredients and alternatives that were healthy and delicious. Along with a team of creative formulators, I connected with flavour specialist and Confectionary Chef Rameet Kaur. We headed over to our candy lab in search of the perfect recipe. We set about putting wholesome ingredients together in a range of combinations, and finally, we had it. Scrumptious candy that did you a whole lot of good. The candy you don’t have to say no to! Our chef and chief recipe chronicler at Mezmo, is certified from IHM with further training from Le Cordon Bleu, specializing in food production, patisserie, gastronomy, and nutrition. With over a decade of experience at 5-star hotels, she brings her expertise and passion to all the treats we create.
