Our cookies weigh about 113 grams.
All our cookies are baked fresh on order, contain egg and are packed in airtight pouches.
Cookies can be stored in a cool, dry place for upto 10 days in the sealed pouch.
For optimal freshness and flavour, we recommend refrigerating the cookies you don’t plan on eating immediately.
Once opened, consume immediately.

Allergen Info
Our cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, eggs, nuts and flour.
If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen space.

Heating instructions
When ready to eat, simply heat the cookies at 180°C oven for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 15-20 seconds until warm and gooey.

Our flagship core collection of 12 original cookie flavours with bespoke names are chef-made, small batch artisanal cookies baked using the finest ingredients. Each of Krumble & Chip cookies are handcrafted in Coimbatore using a proprietary two-day dough preparation process, then baked to perfection. Unbelievable moist, fudgy & deliciously decadent cookies.
In 2020, it all began when our founder Deepika Kumaran left her job as a sales executive to follow her passion for food and open a cloud kitchen, Dee’s Cookhaus to offer fresh worldly food.
Dee’s Cookhaus was founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective. We are a premium cloud kitchen, specialising in international cuisine in Coimbatore, India. Our story is one of harmony between home made recipes, contemporary aesthetics, bringing authentic cuisines to the Indian soil with a local twist.
At the end of the day, our food that brings big smiles and love from our loyal customers is what matters the most to us. Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple - what’s new to try?

Taking inspiration from NYC's cookies, the thought of bringing fresh, warm, big chunky decadent cookies with distinct flavours to India is a dream come true for all the cookie lovers out here. Store Policies

Shipping Policy

  • At Krumble & Chip, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we have partnered with Franch express & Trackon couriers.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery and all the orders are pre-paid.
  • Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days.
  • An email will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Refund Policy

  • Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. All our cookies are freshly baked to order. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email [email protected] and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
  • We accept returns only if a wrong product has been delivered to you.
  • You can email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product.
  • We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up at a time mutually agreed upon with you.
  • After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks.
  • Once your return has been authorised, we'd be happy to process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 to 10 business days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests, any time before we deliver your order. Since all our cookies are made just for you, after receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund once the delivery is dispatched from our side.
  • Please check the phone number, address & pincode carefully at the time of placing the order. Re-delivering in case of returned orders (due to an error in delivery details) will be done with an extra charge.
